Terms & conditions
1. These terms
These terms apply to all orders placed with Bonnie Firs through this website. By placing an order you accept them.
2. Orders and pricing
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices and stock are confirmed on our server at the moment of payment; if an item sells out before your payment completes we will contact you and refund in full.
3. Payment
Payment is taken securely by Stripe. Your order is only confirmed once Stripe reports a successful payment and you receive our confirmation email.
4. Delivery
We deliver within our published Scottish delivery area on the date range shown at checkout. Someone should be available to receive the tree, or you can leave safe-place instructions. Natural trees vary in shape and size; heights are approximate.
5. Collection & recycling
Where booked, collection takes place on your chosen January date. Trees must be kerbside by 8am and free of stands, lights and decorations. Missed collections due to trees not being out cannot be refunded.
6. Cancellations & returns
Cut trees are perishable goods, so the standard 14-day cooling-off period does not apply once your tree has been cut and delivered. You may cancel before dispatch for a full refund. If your tree arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace or refund it. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.
