When will my Christmas tree be delivered?

Trees are cut to order and delivered from late November until 23 December. We'll be in touch to confirm your delivery day and give you a heads-up before we arrive.

Which tree should I choose?

The Nordmann Fir has soft, glossy needles and excellent needle retention - ideal for families. The Fraser Fir is more fragrant with a narrower profile and strong branches for heavier decorations.

How do I measure for the right height?

Accepted Answer

Measure from floor to ceiling and take off around 30cm (1ft) for your stand and topper. Heights are given in feet, so a 7ft tree suits most rooms with standard ceilings.

How do I keep my tree fresh?

Use a water-holding stand, top it up daily, and keep the tree away from radiators and open fires. A freshly sawn base (we do this for you) helps it drink.

What is the tree collection and recycling service?

Add it at checkout and pick a January date. Leave your tree kerbside by 8am, free of decorations and stands, and we'll collect it and recycle it into woodchip.

Can I order without creating an account?

Yes. Checkout is guest-only by design - you just need your name, email, phone and delivery address.

How do I pay?

All payments are taken securely in GBP by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

What if something is wrong with my tree?

Get in touch within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll put it right - a replacement or a refund.
